研究方向

全麻药的神经毒性机制及其防治研究

全球每年接受手术治疗的婴幼儿患者约350万,有超过2500万剖宫产手术,大部分婴幼儿患者和剖宫产手术是在全麻下进行的。婴幼儿神经系统发育期是神经系统最脆弱,最容易受到损害的时期。全身麻醉是否会影响婴幼儿患者的神经系统发育、是否影响小儿学习记忆(或智力)功能是一个被广泛关注的医学热点问题和社会问题。本课题组采用斑马鱼鼠模式动物着重探讨胚胎与婴幼儿期全麻药神经毒性发生机制,为寻找防治全麻药神经毒性新途径提供理论依据,该研究对提高临床小儿麻醉的安全性具有重要的理论和临床意义。
