神经免疫课题组

研究方向:

1. 疼痛信号转导及其调控

脏痛是多种原因诱发的高发性和顽固性病症,其发病机制复杂并缺乏特异性治疗措施。在实验动物生命早期进行结直肠扩张(CRDcolorectal distention)致成年慢性内脏痛经典模型时,作为内脏活动整合中枢的下丘脑室旁核内(PVN)小胶质细胞活化,释放促炎细胞因子合成释放增多,导致下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)活动增强,诱发和维持慢性内脏痛。本课题组长期从事慢性内脏痛的神经免疫调节机制研究,围绕神经-内分泌的重要核团PVN,探讨其在慢性内脏痛时的上下游靶点,并与情绪认知相关脑区mPFCVTAACC等建立联系,探讨其可能的发病机制。我们使用电生理、Western Blotting、免疫荧光、ELISA、细胞培养等技术来研究这些问题。

2 、脑功能衰竭机制及其防治

脑功能衰竭系指脑部病损发展到严重阶段或由其他器官、系统的原发疾病累及脑部,致使脑部受到严重损害,从而使脑功能发生障碍,并逐渐失去代偿能力,最后发展到脑衰竭状态。课题组着重于脑创伤后机体的一系列生理病理变化,从细胞、组织水平揭示其可能的作用机制,通过结合临床多实验室工作,我们期望能通过动物实验,对这个问题做探索性研究。
